HSD Underground Tank Fabrication & Pneumatic Testing

Fabrication of an underground HSD tank followed by pneumatic testing at 0.5 kg/cm².

Fabrication and assembly of an underground HSD storage tank, followed by a pneumatic pressure test with soap-solution leak detection on all welded joints.

HSD Underground Tank Fabrication & Coating Process

Full corrosion protection: zinc primer, two coats of bituminous paint and 1.5 mm wrapping.

After fabrication and testing, the underground tank received a complete corrosion protection system, finished with a holiday detector test on the wrapping before backfilling.
